Diastole is the phase of the cardiac cycle when the heart muscle relaxes and the chambers of the heart fill with blood. During diastole, the atria and ventricles expand and blood flows into the heart from the veins. This phase is essential for allowing the heart to rest and refill with oxygenated blood before the next contraction. Diastole is followed by systole, the phase when the heart muscle contracts to pump blood out to the body. **

The state of the heart, whether it is in systole or diastole, depends on the phase of the cardiac cycle. Systole refers to the phase when the heart muscle contracts and pumps blood out into the circulation, while diastole is the phase when the heart muscle relaxes and fills with blood. At any given moment, different parts of the heart may be in systole or diastole, as the cardiac cycle involves a coordinated sequence of contractions and relaxations. **

Systole and diastole are two phases of the cardiac cycle that represent the contraction and relaxation of the heart muscle, respectively. During systole, the heart muscle contracts, pumping blood out of the chambers and into the arteries. This is the phase when blood pressure is at its highest. In contrast, during diastole, the heart muscle relaxes, allowing the chambers to fill with blood. This is the phase when blood pressure is at its lowest. Together, systole and diastole work in a coordinated manner to ensure efficient blood circulation throughout the body. **

Systole refers to the phase of the cardiac cycle when the heart muscle contracts and pumps blood out of the chambers and into the arteries. This is the phase when the heart is actively pumping blood to the rest of the body. Diastole, on the other hand, is the phase when the heart muscle relaxes and the chambers fill with blood. This is the phase when the heart is at rest and preparing to pump blood during the next systole. Together, systole and diastole make up the complete cardiac cycle, allowing the heart to effectively pump blood throughout the body. **

This is the phase when the heart is actively pumping blood to the rest of the body. On the other hand, diastole is the phase when the heart muscle relaxes and the chambers fill with blood. This is the phase when the heart is resting and refilling with blood in preparation for the next contraction. I think the idea of abolishing deep-sea fishing and expanding coastal fishing has its merits. Deep-sea fishing can have a significant impact on marine ecosystems and can lead to overfishing of certain species. By focusing on coastal fishing, we can potentially reduce the negative impact on deep-sea ecosystems and promote more sustainable fishing practices. Additionally, expanding coastal fishing can also benefit local communities and small-scale fishermen, providing economic opportunities and supporting local food systems. However, it's important to carefully manage coastal fishing to prevent overfishing and ensure the long-term sustainability of marine resources. **

Maritime law is applicable to matters that occur on the sea, including shipping, navigation, and marine commerce. It governs issues such as maritime accidents, pollution, and salvage operations. Maritime law also covers contracts and disputes related to maritime activities. Therefore, it is applicable in situations involving maritime activities and disputes that occur at sea. **

Maritime security refers to the measures and practices put in place to protect the safety and security of maritime activities, including shipping, ports, and coastal areas. This includes efforts to prevent illegal activities such as piracy, smuggling, and terrorism, as well as ensuring the safety of vessels, crew, and passengers. Maritime security also encompasses the protection of marine resources and the environment, as well as the enforcement of laws and regulations related to maritime activities. Overall, maritime security aims to maintain the safety and stability of the world's oceans and waterways. **
