The distribution situation of the rock ptarmigan can be assigned to allopatric speciation. Allopatric speciation occurs when a population is geographically isolated from others of its species, leading to reproductive isolation and the eventual evolution of distinct species. In the case of the rock ptarmigan, their distribution across different mountain ranges has likely led to isolation and the development of unique characteristics in each population, contributing to speciation. **

The distribution situation of the alpine ptarmigan can be assigned to allopatric speciation. This is because the alpine ptarmigan populations are isolated in different mountain ranges, leading to genetic divergence and the formation of distinct species. The geographic isolation of these populations prevents gene flow between them, leading to the evolution of unique traits and adaptations in each population. This process ultimately results in the formation of new species. **

I think the idea of abolishing deep-sea fishing and expanding coastal fishing has its merits. Deep-sea fishing can have a significant impact on marine ecosystems and can lead to overfishing of certain species. By focusing on coastal fishing, we can potentially reduce the negative impact on deep-sea ecosystems and promote more sustainable fishing practices. Additionally, expanding coastal fishing can also benefit local communities and small-scale fishermen, providing economic opportunities and supporting local food systems. However, it's important to carefully manage coastal fishing to prevent overfishing and ensure the long-term sustainability of marine resources. **

Maritime security also encompasses the protection of marine resources and the environment, as well as the enforcement of laws and regulations related to maritime activities. Overall, maritime security aims to maintain the safety and stability of the world's oceans and waterways. **

Coastal waters are the areas of the ocean that are near the shore and influenced by the land. They are typically shallow and can include bays, estuaries, and inlets. These areas are important for a wide variety of marine life and are also used for recreational activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing. Coastal waters are also vulnerable to pollution and human activities, making them a focus of conservation and management efforts. **
