The answer to this question ultimately depends on personal preference and the specific situation. Chikorita is a Grass-type Pokémon, Cyndaquil is a Fire-type Pokémon, and Totodile is a Water-type Pokémon. Each of them has their own strengths and weaknesses. Chikorita is strong against Water-type Pokémon, Cyndaquil is strong against Grass-type Pokémon, and Totodile is strong against Fire-type Pokémon. It's best to consider the type matchups and your own battling style when determining which Pokémon is better for your team. **

In Pokémon Emerald, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile are not available through normal gameplay. These three Pokémon are starters from the Johto region, and in Pokémon Emerald, players can only choose between Treecko, Torchic, and Mudkip as their starter Pokémon. However, it is possible to obtain Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile through trading with other players who have transferred them from other Pokémon games. **

I think the idea of abolishing deep-sea fishing and expanding coastal fishing has its merits. Deep-sea fishing can have a significant impact on marine ecosystems and can lead to overfishing of certain species. By focusing on coastal fishing, we can potentially reduce the negative impact on deep-sea ecosystems and promote more sustainable fishing practices. Additionally, expanding coastal fishing can also benefit local communities and small-scale fishermen, providing economic opportunities and supporting local food systems. However, it's important to carefully manage coastal fishing to prevent overfishing and ensure the long-term sustainability of marine resources. **
